Terms of payment
For reservations made not later than 30 days prior to departure by paying the reservation fee 75 € p.p immediatelly. The final payment must be conducted not later than 30 days prior to departure.
For reservations made later than 30 days prior to departure by paying 100% of the total price immediately.
The additional fee of 2% of the tour price is charged additionally when paying the purchase in Online Shop by American Express or Diners Club.
Terms of cancellation for cruises Day in St. Petersburg cruise from Helsinki
Trip reservation can be cancelled by paying 20% of the package price and 18 € handling fee 31 days before departure.
For reservations that are cancelled 30 - 24 days before the departure a fee of 30% of the package price and 18 € handling fee will be charged.
For reservations that are cancelled 23 - 18 days before the departure a fee of 50% of the package price and 18 € handling fee will be charged.
For reservations that are cancelled 13 - 17 days before the departure a fee of 50% of the package price and 18 € handling fee will be charged.
Cancellations made later than 17 days before the departure shall be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 % of the package price and 18 € handling fee.
Changes on reservation
Client has the right to chance passenger information (name, place and time of birth, sex, nationality, passport number and period of validity of passport) once for free. For further passenger information changes and other changes on reservation a handling fee of 18 € is charged.
Terms of cancellation for the City Break tour package by ferry to St. Petersburg
Reservation may be cancelled 29 days before the departure time by paying the tour operator 75 €/person handling fee.
For reservations that are cancelled 28-15 days before the departure a fee of 50% from the trip price will be charged.
Cancellations made later than 15 days before the departure shall be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 %.
Terms for cruise offers
Special price cruise packages can be reserved at Lähialuematkat Russian Tours customer service in office or by telephone. Reservations have to be paid in full on the moment of reservation. After the reservation is made, changes can not be made on reservation. In case of change or/and cancellation, fee is 100 %.
Liability for damages in case of Force Majeure
Neither the cruise company Moby SPL nor Oy Ltd. Russian Tours Lähialuematkat takes responsibility if departure and arrival time differs due to weather conditions or other reasons which cannot be influenced by Moby SPL. If a trip is cancelled due to weather conditions or other reasons which cannot be influenced by Moby SPL, subsequent additional costs are not reimbursed to the customers. In addition, costs of damages that cannot be affected by Moby SPL, including problems with crossing customs or borders, are not reimbursed.

Terms of payment
For reservations made not later than 6 weeks prior to departure by paying the reservation fee 75 € p.p. within 3 days. The total payment must be conducted not later than 4 weeks prior to departure.
For reservations made later than 6 weeks but not later than 4 weeks prior to departure by paying 100% of the total price not later than 4 weeks prior to departure. No reservation fee is charged.
For reservations made later than 4 weeks prior to departure by paying 100% of the total price immediately.
The additional fee of 2% of the tour price is charged additionally when paying the purchase in Online Shop by American Express or Diners Club.
Terms of cancellation
The passenger may cancel the tour without special reason as follows:
Not later than 15 days prior to departure by paying the reservation fee 75 € p.p.
Later than 14 but no later than 5 days prior to departure by paying 50% of the total tour price.
Later than 4 days prior to departure by paying 100% of the total price.
Passenger´s right to cancel the tour because of a major occurrence:
The passenger has the right to cancel the tour if he or person close to him becomes the victim of serious illness or accident or dies (General Terms for Package Tours 5.1 a, b). The passenger must inform the tour operator about the cancellation instantly. The reason for the cancellation must be verified with a reliable account, for example, a doctor's certificate. The tour operator has the right to carry out reasonable charge of actual charges, for instance flight tickets, train tickets, accomodation, event tickets and agent services. The tour operator recommnends the passenger to obtain travel insurance with coverage for cases such as cancellation of the tour in case of illnes or death of the passenger or his fellow traveller or next of kin.
The passenger is personally responsible for his insurance cover and its coverage for cases such as cancellation of the tour.
Visa terms
When the visa application has been sent to the visa or invitation process, it cannot be retrieved or changed without extra cancellation or alteration costs. The cancellation cost is100% of the total visa price.
Russian Tours Ltd is not responsible for any price changes made by the Russian consulate or Ministry of the Interior of Russia, nor for the costs occurred by changes in the visa process or regulations. All prices are presented without liability.
Passenger´s responsibility
The passenger must provide the tour operator his address and telephone number when reserving the tour. The passenger must provide the first and last names of all passengers as they are written on passport.
Changing the passenger´s name
The passenger is responsible for possible extra costs, caused by changing the name of the passenger. In case the airline does not accept, for instance, changing the name of the passenger, the tour operator has the right to charge 100% of the price of the flight ticket price, and additionally a handling fee of 48 €.
Changes of exchange rate
The tour prices are based on exchange rates of the day of pricing the package tour and are subject to changes.

Customised package tour at Lähialuematkat customer service - service fee 48 € / reservation
Customised package tour for Trans-Siberian or Trans-Mongolian train trip - 100 € / plan. In case the trip is booked via Lähialuematkat the 100 € is compansated in the final invoice. The service fee of the booked trip is 48 € / reservation.
Train ticket booking when no other services are booked:
- Train tickets to Allegro or Tolstoi-trains (1 - 5 persons only together with the Russian visa) - service fee 18 € / reservation
- Train tickets to Allegro or Tolstoi-trains for a group (min 6 persons) service fee 48 € / reservation
- Train tickets to Russian trains - service fee 48 € / reservation
Other additional fees
The additional fee of 3% of the tour price is charged when paying by Amex or Diners credit cards in the office.
The additional fee of 2% of the tour price is charged when paying the purchase in Online Shop by American Express or Diners Club.
