Russian Federation will prevent all foreign citizens entering Russian territory starting from 18th of March at 0.00 till 1st of May at 0.00. Restriction will be applied to all foreign citizens excluding employees of diplomatic representative offices, participants of official delegations, crews of avia, train, see and land vessels, transit passengers, individuals who are travelling to close relative´s funeral and foreign citizens with recident visa in Russia. Finnish Railways VR has informed about cancelling passenger train traffic, the Allegro train operating Helsinki - Vyborg - St Petersburg and the Tolstoi train operating between Helsinki - Vyborg - St Petersburg - Tver - Moscow since 19th of March. Final departures will take place on 18th of March.
