As respond to our online visa customer wishes we will soon introduce a secure and reliable Paytrail online payment service, to be able to better serve you. In the future, your visa can also be paid upon your order online with a bank or credit card or as a netbank payment.
Notice for consumer customer: If you wish not to use Paytrail, you can still pay your order as usual, while picking up the visa, by cash on delivery, in advance at the office or by an advance invoice sent to your e-mail.
Notice for Corporate customer: If you are a Corporate customer with agreed terms of payment and would not pay online, we will invoice your company as usual. No further action from your side is needed.
How to pay online?
Complete and send your online visa order as usual. At the order confirmation page you will find the Paytrail option. Pay your order by using Go to Paytrail link.
You will get an email from us telling you have chosen Paytrail as a payment method. The second email will come from Paytrail confirming your succeeded payment.
A message at SoloVisa will tell your payment has been registered to us. Also, a message will contain a link to your order confirmation page. On the lower right corner you will find the paid sum in "Other details" column.
