Russia will temporarily shut land borders from its citizens starting from March 30, 2020. The ban will not affect certain groups, such as citizens returning back home, diplomats and their families, drivers and those travelling following the death of a family member. The regulation applies to all crossing borders by sea, land and rail. The restriction does not apply international cargo traffic. This regulation is valid until further notice.
