The Russian Authority has informed that Russia has decided to suspend Chinese nationals from entering its territory amid the new coronavirus outbreak. The ban will be implemented from February 20, 2020 and will concern Chinese nationals crossing the state border in private, educational, working or tourist purposes. This arrangement is temporary.
Chinese nationals holding business visa, humanitarian/cultural relations visa, authority co-operational visa or transit visa can still enter Russia.
Flight connections between Moscow to Peking, Shanghai, Kanton and Hongkong are still operating.
