Traveling from Finland to Russia
The traveling and visa restrictions between Finland and Russia are cancelled.
Visas can be obtained and foreigners are allowed to travel to Russia.

Covid test
Effective from 21 October 2022 Russia has removed the requirement to produce a negative PCR test. Random testing may still take place on arrival in Russia.
Arrival to Finland
As of 01.07.2022 Finland there is no any restrictions on crossing border and Covid test requirements.
Finland restricted Russian citizens entry to Finland starting from 28.09.2022.
